Stretching out with professional yoga instructors has been happening since June 28th every Saturday morning at 10:00. These urban yoga classes are at Oxford Mills in Fishtown and are FREE to anyone who wants to practice their downward-facing-dog pose or learn a new yoga stretch. The teachers are from Grace and Glory Yoga, who plan on opening a new studio soon. These FREE sessions started in Philly two years ago at the Comcast Center, then a year ago at the Piazza at Schmidt’s and now this summer are being held in South Kensington. The Oxford Mills building is a former dye works which is being renovated into a Live and Work center.
