Meet Terrace, Owner @ BoConcept (Center City Philly)
Agent Lady: When people ask that famous question “what do you do”, how do you typically answer?
Terrace: I am the director of logistics integrity, but also the owner. Being the Director of Logistics Integrity means that I do everything behind the scenes so customers have seamless transactions when they buy from BoConcept.
Agent Lady: What does BoConcept do, what neighborhood(s) does it provide products/services in, and what do you find special about those Philly areas?
Terrace: BoConcept is a design store for home furnishings that makes you part of the design process. We walk you through the purchasing process so you can design and customize your home to your liking. We can make it cost effective, seamless and easy to do.

Of course we love Center City, since that is where our main store is. We also do a lot of work in Northern Liberties and Old City. Philadelphia is where our homebase is, but we provide our services all along the east coast.
Agent Lady: How do you believe BoConcept is making Philadelphia better?
Terrace: We are making it beautiful, one space at a time.
Agent Lady: If you had to choose between a Philly cheesesteak or a Philly pretzel, which would you choose?
Terrace: A Philly pretzel, but it has to be hot out the oven.
Agent Lady: What’s the biggest misconception people have about your industry or type of organization?
Terrace: It’s not affordable. Beauty and quality products are out of reach a lot of times. They are amazed when it is in their grasp.
Agent Lady: What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?
Terrace: I love to get on my bike and ride down by the water. I also enjoy reading a love novel.
Agent Lady: What is your favorite word?
Terrace: Actually. I say it all the time! I’m always saying, “Actually that looks nice.”
Agent Lady: If you had to pick another career what would it be?
Terrace: I’d want to be a philanthropist. I would probably focus on the homeless and substance abuse.
Agent Lady: For anyone looking to buy their first home in Philly or move to the Philly area, what do you have to say to them?
Terrace: Get out of the car and walk around. Start in Center City and branch out.
